Using NAT on an interface based IPSec tunnel is more straightforward as well. To add an application, select New application. In To configure an Azure virtual network: Log in to Azure and click New. In Search the Marketplace, type Virtual network. Click Virtual network to open the Virtual network pane. At the bottom of the Virtual network pane, click the Select a deployment model dropdown list and select Resource Manager. The configuration uses an interface-based VPN, a new feature in FortiOS v3.0.
